Is Keener’s “Galatians” on Logos? Yes it is.

Galatians. Not the longest of Paul’s epistles, but in some ways the most forceful. Not always the most beloved of NT writings, but in many ways the most lovely. This epistle that resounds the aria of grace with such brevity has now been engaged in a nearly 1,000-page commentary by the legendarily prolific Craig Keener.1

Thomas Schreiner Talks Romans 2nd Edition

Thomas Schreiner’s BECNT commentary on Romans has just undergone a major revision from the first edition, released 20 years ago. The second edition is a whopping 944 pages of thorough exegetical work, updated with the latest scholarship on Paul’s greatest letter. I had a chance to ask him a few questions about the highly-anticipated 2nd edition, which was just made available this week on Logos. We have the immense privilege of interviewing Jonathan T. Pennington here on theLAB concerning his recent book, The Sermon on the Mount and Human Flourishing, available now on the Logos digital library. This book was one of the highest-rated Christian books of 2017 by numerous reviewers, and for good reason: it is academically rigorous, eminently readable, and delightfully devotional. Jonathan includes a number of small but helpful schematics throughout the book that have stuck with me since, and some have found their way into my journal as reminders of how to think of Jesus’ most beloved and memorable teaching from the Gospels.
