(De)Constructing Masculinity: Manifestations of Maleness, Male Sexuality and the Male Body in Greco-Roman Antiquity
2nd November 2018, King’s College London‘(De)Constructing Masculinity’ is an interdisciplinary one-day conference which will explore various constructions of masculinity in ancient Greco-Roman literature and will include a keynote address by Professor Emerita Helen King (Open University). Proposals for 20 minute paper presentations are invited from postgraduate students and early career researchers (proposals from later stage academics are also welcome, but capacity for presentations from colleagues at this level is limited).
