Call to Papers for “Bonhoeffer’s Contemporary Voice: A Postgraduate Seminar on Dietrich Bonhoeffer” at the University of Aberdeen
by Kevin O’Farrell
We are pleased to announce a postgraduate seminar on Dietrich Bonhoeffer’s theology on 12 October. It is being hosted at the University of Aberdeen, which is a leading centre for research on Dietrich Bonhoeffer’s theology.
The theme for this event is “Bonhoeffer’s Contemporary Voice,” which considers how Bonhoeffer’s theology can inform contemporary issues in dogmatics and ethics. We are grateful to confirm that Dr. Rachel Muers (University of Leeds) will give the plenary address for the day.
This seminar will be an excellent forum for postgraduate colleagues to connect with others working on Bonhoeffer’s theology as well as to receive feedback on present research. We are seeking short papers from postgraduate colleagues that relate to the seminar’s theme. The call to papers is open until 17 August and all submissions should be under 300 words.
To submit a paper proposal or for more information / details about registration, please email b.franca@abdn.ac.uk.
